Welcome to the Team Challenge Sailing Regatta. For twenty years we have conducted team-building events on San Francisco Bay and and as you’ll discover, the skills, attributes and teamwork needed to race a boat closely parallel those found in successful businesses.
Our team-building day is designed to promote team work and enhance communication while team members sail and race on SF Bay.
Our program, available for any size group, includes:
Sailing on luxury 36’ to 65’ yachts with licensed Coast Guard Captains
Sail training material
Gourmet box lunches
Awards presented to the winning teams
Options include Angel Island BBQ or Lobster Boil
